EXECUTIVE LEVEL

Our executive placement services range from CEO to Vice President and Director levels. This service can be geared towards a confidential or public campaign and generally yields 5 or prospective candidates for your open position. All Executive candidates are put to the test with a range of personality, profile and background assessments. JobStack provides clients with both a data & professional analysis based on the industry top executive hiring practices.

Retainer required, percentage of fee varies based on client’s needs. 

 

 

CORPORATE LEVEL

The Corporate level services is our most commonly used and is customized based on total number of hires needed and timeline. Our consultants apply a mixture of recruiting tools specialized to each clients business and hiring objective. We assist with the creation of job descriptions, best-practice marketing tools for the position, Call-to-action networking campaign (phone / email) and a full assessment prior to resume submission. A candidate is benchmarked against the critical skill set required for the position and our client receives a full breakdown of each assessment.

A minimal search deposit is sometimes required for this service. Discounted fees based on number of hires and desired timeline.

 

START-UP LEVEL

Your business moves and changes almost weekly and every hire is or can be the difference to your success or failure in the market. A large portion of our client base falls into this category and we make it a priority to understand their specific business goals both long & short term. We apply this understanding to each and every candidate interview we conduct and the result is a highly informed hire with a very high retention rate.

This service can be taken on retainer or contingent depending the desired candidate profile and desired timeline to hire.
